๐Ÿ”– I have written about multiple ways of debunking online misinformation, be it images or text or videos. I have also discussed how to tackle medical misinformation in detail.

But this week, I want to draw your attention towards: Climate Misinformation.

As per a 2022 IPCC Working Group III report, when it comes to India, partial information is a bigger concern than misinformation in the field of climate change.

And this misinformation or partial information can lead to problems in implementing climate action programmes.

On that note, have you come across any misinformation related to climate? Tell us by dropping a mail to  [email protected].

Stay tuned for next week's edition to read a detailed analysis on this.

๐Ÿค– In Rajasthan Schools, AI Is Teacher And Examiner

๐Ÿ”– On a summer afternoon, the students of Mahatma Gandhi government school in Jaipur are darkening the answers on a sheet of paper. ๐Ÿ…ฑ๏ธ Recommends

๐Ÿ“– This week's recommendation is: How News Feels: Anticipated anxiety as a factor in News avoidance and a barrier to Political Engagement by Benjamin Toff and Rasmus Kleis Nielson

The reasoning(s) behind news consumption go(es) far beyond the taken-for-granted โ€˜staying informedโ€™ rhetoric.
